* WINDS...Northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
mph.
 
* IMPACTS...Driving may become difficult for light or high
profile vehicles. Loose objects may be blown around and cause
damage to property or injury. Saturated ground from rainfall
today may lead to tree damage and potential power outages.
