...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT UNTIL 6 PM CST SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph
causing blowing snow and reduced visibility. Near-blizzard
conditions will be possible in open areas. Total snow
accumulations of up to one inch expected.
 
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northwest
Minnesota.
 
* WHEN...From midnight to 6 PM CST Sunday.
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
