* WHAT...Light snow and light freezing drizzle. Storm total snow
accumulations of up to two inches with a trace to around one
tenth of an inch of ice accumulation possible. Blowing snow is
probable over and east of the Sisseton Hills this evening while
southeast winds gust up to 35 mph. Blowing snow is possible
throughout the advisory area Tuesday morning as breezy
northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts develop.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northeast South
Dakota and west central Minnesota.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST /8 AM MST/ Tuesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions from snow,
blowing snow and possibly freezing drizzle. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the morning commute.
